STEP ONE: GET IN TOUCH

Start by getting in touch via the contact form or instagram. I'll respond with a few initial questions to understand your business, you enquiry volume, and the support you're looking for.

This ensures we're a good fit before moving forward.

STEP TWO: CHOOSE YOUR SUPPORT PACKAGE

Once I understand your needs, I'll recommend the most suitable package for your business.

You can choose between Admin Essentials or Admin Plus, with the option to add a one-off CRM setup if you'd like a clear system to track enquiries and bookings.

STEP THREE: ONBOARDING & SETUP

After your package is confirmed, you'll receive:

  • A simple onboarding questionnaire

  • Your agreement

  • Your first invoice

Once these are completed, I'll set up access to the necessary systems and confirm how we'll communicate day to day.

If you've chosen the CRM setup, this will be created and shared during this stage.

STEP FOUR: ONGOING ADMIN SUPPORT

From here, I take care of your enquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and admin according to your chosen package.

I work calmly behind the scenes to ensure your customers are responded to promptly and your admin stays organised.

STEP FIVE: CLEAR COMMUNICATION & UPDATES

For clients on Admin Plus, you'll receive a weekly summary outlining:

  • Enquiries received

  • Bookings made

  • Follow-ups completed

  • Any notes or next steps

This keeps you informed without overwhelming you.
